Discontinuing Virus and Malware Scan API (Self-hosted on AWS) in AWS regions me-central-1 and me-south-1

The AWS regions me-central-1 and me-south-1 were both targets of attacks related to the Iran conflict. Both regions have been inoperable since March.

We cannot guarantee the secure and reliable operation of the Virus and Malware Scan API (Self-hosted on AWS) in the AWS regions me-central-1 and me-south-1 any longer. Therefore, both regions are no longer supported by Virus and Malware Scan API (Self-hosted on AWS) effective immediately.
