attachmentAV for Salesforce: Mitigation
Mitigation is all about minimizing or removing the impact of a security threat. attachmentAV for Salesforce can take specific actions to prevent the spread of the security threat.
By default, infected files are deleted to mitigate threats as quickly as possible. The following table shows additional options that our customers use:

You can configure attachmentAV for Salesforce to not block downloads of infected files or unscannable files.

By default, attachmentAV for Salesforce deletes infected files. You can configure attachmentAV for Salesforce to not delete infected files or to delete unscannable files.
