Supports all Jira products, including Jira Service Management!

attachmentAV - Antivirus for Jira comes in two variants:

• Scan infrastructure hosted by attachmentAV (recommended)
• Scan infrastructure hosted by customer (Bring Your Own Scan Infrastructure)

Scan infrastructure hosted by attachmentAV (#)

You can install attachmentAV - Antivirus for Jira in one minute:

1. Visit the Atlassian Marketplace.
2. Press the Try it free button.

After installation, all uploaded attachments are scanned. By default, the scan result is shared in a comment.

By default, infected uploads are deleted with a comment to notify the user about the mitigation action.

You can change the defaults at any time.

Scan infrastructure hosted by customer (#)

1. Install your scan infrastructure.
2. Visit the Atlassian Marketplace.
3. Press the Try it free button.
4. In Jira, go to Settings > Apps.
5. Navigate to Manage apps, click on the attachmentAV - Antivirus for Jira (BYOSI) app, and click Configure.
6. Set Scan infrastructure API endpoint URL and Scan infrastructure API key to the values from step 1 and click Submit.

After installation and configuration, all uploaded attachments are scanned. By default, the scan result is shared in a comment.

You can change the defaults at any time.

Configure (#)

Go to Settings > Apps.

Navigate to Manage apps, click on the attachmentAV - Antivirus for Jira app, and click Configure.

Change the configuration and click Submit.

The changes are in effect immediately.

Uninstall (#)

To cancel your attachmentAV - Antivirus for Jira subscription to an app, go to Settings > Apps > Manage apps, select the attachmentAV app, then select Unsubscribe.
